Meet up! [INTRO-WEEKEND]

We would like to start the introduction weekend with a special event to get to know each other. The evening will start with a short presentation by the co-founder of the Dutch Language Café, Roben Scholten. He will explain the concept of the DLC and give you more information about the introduction weekend. After that we will play some games to break the ice and learn each other’s names. Afterwards there will be time to have a chat, to walk around and to play ping pong! 

19:30 – 19:45  Doors open 

19:45 – 20:00 Presentation

20:00 – 21:00 Introduction games in small groups

21:00 – 22:00 Chat and play pingpong 

Coffee and tea and a little snack are included. Other drinks and snacks you can buy at the bar. 

Don’t worry if your Dutch level is not so good yet, everyone is welcome during the introduction weekend! 

We create a friendly atmosphere, speak slowly and don’t care if you make mistakes. During other activities we try to speak Dutch only, but during the introduction weekend it is fine to speak some English to feel more comfortable. :)
